When can I expect my order?
All orders are processed within 24 hours on working days and are usually delivered within 2-5 working days. Royal Mail deliveries to the UK are free on standard stock items, sale items are £1.50 per pair.  Deliveries to Europe are available at an extra cost.

Can I return/exchange the shoes?
Yes. We are happy to return or exchange shoes within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Exchange & Return Policy for details.

Can I return shoes to a retailer?
Each store has their own policy on returns/exchanges. We are happy to exchange any unworn shoes in their original packaging purchased from our website.

How can I carry Hop n Squeak shoes in my retail shop?

Are these shoes appropriate for wide feet?
Our shoes are designed to be soft and flexible to accommodate your child’s feet.
The butter soft uppers are flexible to allow extra room for wider feet. In order to find the best size for your child see our sizing guide.

Where are Hop n Squeak shoes sold?
Hop n Squeak squeaky shoes are sold at select children’s boutiques and children’s shoe shops. Please contact us by email for a shop nearest you.

Are bigger sizes available?
Currently Hop n Squeak squeaky shoes are available up to in sizes 3 to 6. Please email amanda@hopnsqueak.co.uk if you would like us to consider stoking larger sizes in the future. We will appreciate your feedback. 

How do I find the correct size for my little one?
Little feet do not always grow at the same rate. In order to find the perfect Hop n Squeak squeaky shoe size for your child we suggest printing off our printable sizing guide and measuring his or her foot against it. Please make sure to print the document off at 100%. 

Do you ship internationally? What is the cost?
We are happy to post all over the world. The cost of postage to outside of the UK is past on at cost using the Royal Mail. You may place your order via email so we are able to quote you for postage costs.
