Exchange and Returns Policy

At Hop n Squeak we want you to be 100% satisfied with your new squeaky shoes. If for whatever reason you would like to return your squeaky shoes, simply wrap in secure outer packaging, with the Delivery Note and send it back to us within 30 days, please include the original packaging.

We ask that you please return the shoes in the condition you received them within the undamaged box. If the box is damaged in any way you must understand it will be impossible for us to resell the shoes, therefore we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded unless the squeaky shoes are found to be faulty.

Include in the box a note that tells our staff:
1. Your name and address
2. The reason you are returning the shoes
3. The style/size of shoes you wish to exchange them for.

Forms of payment

We accept Master card, Visa, American express, Discover via Paypal payment gateway here on our website.  Please note:
For orders we will accept cheques and will post your item(s) when the payment has cleared.

When placing an order with Hop n Squeak you will be asked for the necessary information (postal address and billing address, payment) to complete your order.

We at Hop n Squeak never store credit card information in our database and we use one of the most trusted names on the internet for our payment processor, PayPal.  Please see Paypals Security policy.

To pay with PayPal you will have the option to register as a PayPal user, registering is OPTIONAL. However, creating a PayPal account is encouraged since PayPal is one of the safest, most convenient ways to send or receive money over the Internet.

We won't sell, give, or make any of your personal information available to a third party under any circumstance. Please see Paypals Security policy.

If you purchase a product from Hop n Squeak, we will ask for certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and postage address).We will only use this information to complete your order. However we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

We will not share this information with any third party for any reason.
Occasionally, Hop n Squeak will send an email to those customers who have created an account with us, to inform them of special offers and/or new products.
If you do not wish to receive further information from us just simply email us at amanda@hopnsqueak.co.uk informing us of this and we will immediately take you from our system.

Purchasing Products
We offer FREE DELIVERY to anywhere in the UK and we ship internationally at current international mail or courier rates. If you would prefer to not place an order through the website then please send an email to amanda@hopnsqueak.co.uk detailing your order and a phone number we can call to arrange for payment. Alternatively, you can call us with your order or post us your information including order and payment details to our postal address. See Contact Us for postal address.

All orders are processed within 24 hours on working days and are usually delivered within 2-5 working days. Royal Mail deliveries to the UK are free. Deliveries to Europe are available at an extra cost.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been received. We will also send you a second email when your order has been dispatched.

If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will email you immediately.

We do not guarantee when an order will arrive as many things are out of our control.
